A. Yes, we can still process all late orders and deliver them to your door. All you need to do is contact us and we will make arrangements for your order.

Q. My partner and I are now separated. How can I order my own copy of my child’s photograph?

A. Simply submit 2 separate order forms with any special instructions and we will take care of the rest for you.

Q. Can I request a Sibling portrait?

A. Yes we can take a sibling portrait, but generally request that each child also be photographed individually with a Pkg. purchase. This varies from school to school.

Q. How long will it take to receive my photographs?

A. It usually takes approx 3 weeks from receipt of order but we strive to process all orders as soon as possible.

Q. My photographs have arrived and they are damaged/missing, how can I solve this problem?

A. No we provide the CD as a complimentary.

Q. How easy is it for our school to import our pupils’ images onto our database?

A. It is extremely straightforward. We guide you through the process with step-by-step instructions.

Q. Is there a charge for staff portraits to be taken?

A. No, we are happy to take all of your staff portraits on the same day as your pupils’ portraits.

Q. Are we expected to count any money?

A. No. We have a couple of methods of collection to make your involvement as minimal as possible.

Q. Do you cover my area?
